All ecoPrimals and protoKarya work uses the scyBorg triple copyleft:

Legal Protections
This site publishes truthful information derived from public records about matters of public concern. It is protected by:
- First Amendment — freedom of speech and press
- Michigan UPEPA — Uniform Public Expression Protection Act (anti-SLAPP, effective March 2026)
- Fair Report Privilege — MCL § 600.2911
- Absolute Defense of Truth — truthful statements about public figures acting in public capacity
